Gathered and Grateful Shelf Sitters October 2026

Create a sweet little Thanksgiving gathering of your own with our Gathered & Grateful Shelf Sitter Set!

This charming DIY trio includes a pilgrim man, a festive turkey, and a pilgrim woman, all designed with the whimsical layered details found throughout our Gathered & Grateful Collection. Display all three together for an adorable Thanksgiving scene, or spread them throughout your tiered trays, shelves, mantel, entryway, or other seasonal displays.

Each character includes its own base so your finished pieces can stand on their own.

Finished Sizes:
Pieces range from approximately 4.75" to 7.25" tall.

This DIY set includes:
• Pilgrim man shelf sitter with pumpkin
• Turkey shelf sitter with layered bow
• Pilgrim woman “Gather” shelf sitter
• Individual bases for each piece

All pieces are laser cut from 1/8" MDF and arrive unfinished and unpainted, ready for you to decorate in your favorite colors. The layered construction makes these especially fun to paint—simply paint the individual pieces separately and glue everything together once you're finished.

Recreate the warm vintage-inspired palette shown in our finished example, coordinate them with your existing Thanksgiving décor, or give your little Thanksgiving crew a completely different look!

🎨 PLEASE NOTE:
This listing is for the unfinished DIY wood pieces only. Paint, brushes, glue, greenery, risers, and other decorative accessories shown in the photos are not included.

MDF is intended for indoor use only.

These freestanding pieces are perfect for adding a handmade touch to a Thanksgiving shelf, tiered tray, mantel, coffee bar, or tabletop display. They're also a fun project for a fall craft night or an afternoon of seasonal painting.
